  • Currently, we utilize a third-party API from Pexels (pexels.com) to allow you to easily import images into your webpage. In the event of a service interruption or if Pexels discontinues API access for any reason, we have a contingency plan in place and will implement it as needed.
  • You agree not to hold Global Dream LLC, its owners, shareholders, staff, programmers, or affiliates liable for any issues or losses arising from third-party services, including hosting providers and any other 3rd-party providers or from internal programming issues, that result in products becoming unavailable or inaccessible due to external or internal factors and will not seek compensation or hold Global Dream LLC, its owners, shareholders, staff, programmers, or its affiliates responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may incur.
7. Payment and Fees
  • Users agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the Services.
  • Ai Global Dream LLC reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Ai Global Dream LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
9. Indemnification
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai Global Dream LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.

  • Ai Global Dream LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
12. Useage Limitation
  • Our packages are designed to offer maximum value at affordable prices. However, to manage operational costs, certain aspects of the program are regulated.
    1. The Fun Bundle AI plan provides up to 500,000 tokens for input and output tracking. A token is roughly equivalent to a 4-letter word (e.g., "play" or "book"). This means you can process about 125,000 four-letter words (500,000 ÷ 4) in total, covering both what you send to the AI (input) and what it generates (output). The plan also supports up to 1,000 daily page visits, averaged over a month, meaning your application or website using this AI can handle that level of user traffic.
    2. The Pro Bundle AI plan provides up to 1,000,000 tokens for input and output tracking. Each token is roughly equivalent to a 4-letter word (e.g., "tree" or "fast"), so you can process about 250,000 four-letter words (1,000,000 ÷ 4) in total, including both the text you send to the AI (input) and the text it generates (output). Additionally, the plan supports hosting for up to 2,500 daily page visits, averaged over a month, meaning your AI-powered application or website can handle that level of user traffic.
    3. The Expert Bundle AI plan provides up to 2,500,000 tokens for input and output tracking. Each token is roughly equivalent to a 4-letter word (e.g., "cake" or "jump"), allowing you to process about 625,000 four-letter words (2,500,000 ÷ 4) in total, covering both the text you send to the AI (input) and the text it generates (output). The plan also includes hosting support for up to 5,000 daily page visits, averaged over a month, meaning your AI-powered application or website can handle that level of user traffic.

      4. We are happy to accommodate additional activity on your account at a reasonable rate for both AI tokens and daily page hits.

      • 1 Million Tokens: $50
      • Additional daily page hits, averaged monthly: $25 per 1,000.

    Image Generator (Included with each package).

        • Members are allocated a specific number of images as part of their package (see product description).
        • Each image generated, whether satisfactory or not, counts toward this limit, and additional images incur a per-image fee.
        • No refunds or credits will be issued for images that do not meet expectations.
    13. Upgrade Policy

    We do not offer a standard upgrade option. However, if you wish to upgrade, we will adjust your remaining subscription time accordingly. For example, if you subscribe to the Fun Bundle and decide to upgrade to a more comprehensive bundle after 6 months, we will credit 50% (6 months) of the original Fun Bundle purchase price and apply it towards your new subscription on a prorated basis.

    14. System Upgrade
    We reserve the right to make changes to the programming as needed and to perform updates and upgrades to our system. While these updates may result in some downtime, we will make every effort to minimize disruptions during this process.
    15. Domain Name Policy
    1. Domain Name Exclusion
    • Ai Global Dream LLC does not include a domain name with the purchase of any of our hosting packages or AI tools.
    • Users must independently register their domain names through a third-party domain registrar.
    • We’ve partnered with a leading domain hosting provider for your convenience, you can purchase a domain name and matching email address directly through our website.
    2. Domain Name Forwarding
    • Users can forward their independently registered domain names to their websites hosted with Ai Global Dream LLC once they have purchased a hosting bundle (Fun, Pro or Expert Bundle).
    • Instructions and support for domain name forwarding will be provided upon request.
    3. Charges
    • All charges related to domain name registration, renewal, and management with third-party registrars are the responsibility of the user.
    4. Liability and Disputes
    • Ai Global Dream LLC is not responsible for any domain name disputes or issues arising from domain name registration, renewal, or transfer.
    • Users must resolve any domain name disputes directly with their domain registrar.
    • If you purchase a domain name through our website, you will have full control and can manage your domain or access support through our Valued Member's Support panel.     • Cloud Services Disclaimer: We use third-party cloud services to provide our Services. Ai Global Dream LLC cannot be held liable for any occurrences or programming issues that cause interruptions, data loss, or any other problems related to these cloud services.
    4. Support

    Users have access to support via Valued Member Support located in the left nav frame of the website.

    Support requests will be addressed within 24-48 hours.

    5. Service Credits

    If Ai Global Dream LLC fails to meet the uptime guarantee, users may be eligible for service credits. However, this does not apply in situations beyond our control, such as third-party actions or disruptions, programming-related issues, political instability, acts of God, unintended software errors or data corruption, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
